Vacation home rental to families and groups looking for a relaxing vacation in Alicante Spain

Hi, we own a villa in Alicante Spain that our family uses as a vacation home. So we would like to rent out the place when we are not there. There are in total 3 bedrooms, one on them is an ensuite. There is also a studio apartment, pool, and garden. The property is walled off and has a gate. It is also close to the beach.

We want to rent to respectful families and groups that understand why we don’t like Airbnb style. Don’t want those who go to Alicante just to party. It is a family home still.
